The gym was adequate.
The automatic toilet light was a nuisance at night. It turned on with any movement. I unplugged the key card to keep it off, but then the air conditioning didn't work. The room became too hot and stuffy. This prevented a good night's sleep.

the room was spacious with big windows. the location is superb close to the city centre. breakfast had a lot of selection.
I found the staff very friendly. my room had complimentary drinks. A nice touch. a live dj played in the bar creating a great atmosphere. the hotel location is GOOD.

my INNSIDE Room included separate spaces for the toilet, sink, and shower, which i think makes the room feel larger. some complimentary drinks in the fridge ARE a nice addition. The design was neat.

the hotel personnel were helpful and always smiling. nina at reception was especially helpful at check-in. staff reacted very well to any issues, quickly finding solutions to our needs .

the location was decent enough i guess.
housekeeping seems to have phoned it in one of the days because the room was not cleaned. and for reasons unknown the bar staff thought my money belonged to them because they overcharged us. that i did not find amusing. i expect better when i am paying good money.

The parking situation proved problematic. i was told the parking was fully reserved during both nights of my stay. reception staff seemed unhelpful and quite abrupt. this meant i parked far from the hotel. This was very disappointing.

decent stay but with issues
small roomfirm bed
the room felt smaller than expected. also, the bed was quite firm, it affected my sleep. the breakfast service experienced delays one morning, a line developed. i wasn't happy.
the complimentary minibar included soft drinks. floor-to-ceiling windows offered nice views. the online check-in process was quick (i scanned a qr code from an email).
the exterior of the building was not visually striking.
